Clinical
Clinical services online/telehealth for adults and couples in Australia.
Appointments are of 50 minutes and normally weekly.
I. Assessment
Before providing treatment, clients are offered a comprehensive assessment, which usually takes up to 2/3 sessions in order to identify presenting problems and treatment needs.
The assessment may include mental health symptoms screening, personality features/dynamics identification and cognitive functioning evaluation, using interviews, self-report questionnaires, projective (including the Rorschach inkblot test) and cognitive tools.
II. Treatment
By the end of the assessment phase, it will be determined whether psychotherapy would likely be helpful for the client and a treatment plan is developed as well as – if needed – additional referrals are made.
After completing the agreed course of sessions, a collaborative outcome review takes place, resulting in the following course of actions: to undertake further psychotherapy sessions, to be discharged and/or referred to other services as needed.
Supervision
Clinical supervision online to psychologists and other mental health professional, which might include the following treatment modalities, psychodynamics, EMDR, DBT, CBT and ACT.
